" Let me share my experience at China King! Initially walking in, the ambiance set a friendly tone. I enjoyed the variety offered; however, I found some of the dishes not very true to their culinary roots. I specifically remember the General Tso's chicken seems like it was made for a different audience. " Each time I visit China King, I am continually impressed by the sheer amount of options available at the buffet. You can find not only Asian cuisines, but also my guilty pleasure, dessert stations! The variety is commendable, however, it seems the overall authenticity is somewhat lacking here. While I enjoyed several dishes, I did find some flavors to be dulled down for a broader audience.
