" Our date night was kind of ruined at Chili's. We had to wait quite a while for a table, which wasn't too bad, but after being seated, the service was extremely slow. Our order took forever to be taken, and even longer to arrive. My steak was cooked well but my partner received a cold pasta dish that made things awkward. " This place is fantastic! The food was delicious, especially the baby back ribs which melted in my mouth. I was really impressed by the variety as they had many options to choose from. The atmosphere was lively; the color scheme really set the mood for a fun dining experience. The server, a guy named Jake, was also super attentive and friendly. On the other hand, my husband sampled the ribs and said they were overly fatty. The staff was polite, just stretched too thin. " Best Chili's experience I've had in a long time! The service was efficient, and the place was buzzing with energy. We ordered a bunch of appetizers as well as quesadillas – they were sooo cheesy! Everything we had tasted really fresh and full of flavor. We even ordered dessert and they comp’d it for us because there was a small mix-up with our main dishes! " I don’t understand the love for Chili's. My visit today was underwhelming. The drink took ages to come out and my dinner was bland and not exciting. I've tried their food a couple of times before, and think that they can't really capture the flavors well. The service was fine, but I feel that it doesn’t make up for the lackluster food experience.
