" I've been coming to Salitre for years and I’ve seen the ups and downs. There was a time when it served what I considered the best tacos I’ve ever had. But recently, I noticed a drop in quality. My latest visit had me ordering the burrito, which was unfortunately bland and lacked seasoning. On the bright side, the prices are still reasonable, and the staff remains consistently pleasant and accommodating. " My friends and I decided to try out Salitre after one of them found great online reviews. I was excited, but honestly, my tacos were kind of greasy with little character. I couldn't finish them as they left an odd aftertaste. The ambiance didn't help much either, felt a bit cramped. Nevertheless, the service was polite and swift, so kudos to them for that! The tacos I ordered tasted old, and there was an overall lack of attention to detail. I often will come back to give places another chance, but this one will be hard to justify.
