" My family and I celebrated a special occasion here and chose the hibachi grill for our meal. Our chef was fantastic, flipping food and keeping the kids entertained while cooking. The decisions made by the grill were excellent. However, the buffet left a lot to be desired; much of the food wasn't fresh. It felt more like a gimmick than an enjoyable buffet. " Visiting Hibachi Steak House was a bit of a letdown. I expected vibrant flavors and fresh dishes, especially after hearing about the hibachi chefs. While the chef was entertaining, the food unfortunately fell flat. The rice tasted old and the vegetables were overcooked. The place was rather crowded, which didn't help the overall experience. The selection of food was extensive, but much of it was barely warm and did not taste fresh. Even the sushi, which was a key reason I chose this restaurant, didn't meet my expectations. On the plus side, some of the fried items were decent, though the service was lacking - I felt ignored for long periods. I might reconsider trying it again if I hear improvements have been made. The sushi was underwhelming in flavor and creativity, and the rest of the buffet didn't offer much more. Service was lacking as well, as the staff seemed disorganized.
