" Hokkaido is a home away from home for me. I frequent it often and have come to know some of the staff quite well. Each time, I try to order something different, but the Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen always finds its way back on my table. It's rich, comforting, and reminds me of the ramen I tried in Fukuoka.
