" I am a huge ramen lover and have tried countless places across New York. 8 Ramen is easily one of the best I've found outside of Manhattan! The flavors are just incredible, especially the Lobster Ramen which has a broth that is both rich and deep. One downside was the seating— it felt cramped when it was busy. The service was fairly quick, but the communal tables made the experience a little less intimate. Regardless, I will be coming back regularly simply for their food, which is worth every penny!
