" Soy Bistro is a hidden gem in Brentwood! I went there on a Saturday evening and enjoyed their Bibimbap Skillet, which I must say is one of the best I've had. The crispy rice at the bottom was delicious and paired well with the gochujang sauce. The atmosphere is very casual and friendly, and the staff made sure I felt welcome.
