" Sushiya has quickly become one of my favorite spots for sushi in Iowa City! I've been there a few times, and every time, the food is consistently impressive. The sashimi is undoubtedly fresh and bursting with flavor. I enjoy sitting at the bar, watching the chefs prepare the rolls with such care. The only downside is the seating area can feel cramped during peak hours, but the quality of the food makes up for it.
