" I have to rave about this restaurant! Maharaja Fine Indian Cuisine is a hidden gem in Charlottesville. I have tried many Indian restaurants in the area, and this one takes the cake. The flavors were authentic and true to the Indian cuisine that I grew up loving. The lamb korma was delightful with just the right amount of spice. I was impressed by the freshness of the ingredients, and the service was impeccable. We arrived during peak hours but were seated quickly and the staff was exceptionally courteous.
