" I was thrilled to try out India Bazaar after my friend recommended it. The grocery section delivered on variety, and I found all my favorite spices. When it came to dining, I had higher expectations based on their reputation. However, the meal I had—Chicken Curry—was average. The service was friendly, but they were clearly under pressure during the busy hour. The prices are reasonable and I appreciate that they offer halal options. While I may come back for groceries, I’ll probably skip dining next time. " (*Curated Review*)
" Visiting India Bazaar was an experience I won't forget, but not for the right reasons. I was excited to try their renowned Biryani after hearing so much about it. Unfortunately, what I received was nothing like the authentic dish I was hoping for. The rice was drenched in oil, and the meat was hard to find. Instead, it felt like I was eating a spicy rice dish rather than true Biryani. The staff was friendly, but the food simply did not match the hype. The store itself was well-stocked with groceries, and that part of my visit felt like a win. I just wish the dining experience could live up to what I find in other Indian restaurants. Disappointed but hopeful for a better meal next time. " (*Curated Review*)
" I was glad to find a grocery store that caters to my need for Indian ingredients! India Bazaar is indeed a variety haven. I stocked up on snacks, spices, and fresh produce. I was tempted to try their restaurant, so I ordered Pav Bhaji, and it was delightful! They managed to retain the authentic taste, which is rare to find. While the environment was a bit lively, I appreciated the energy. I do recommend taking a peak at their offerings; just know not every dish is going to match this quality! " (*Curated Review*)
" A delightful experience at India Bazaar! I enjoyed their Chole Bhature, which was rich and wholesome. The bhature had a fantastic texture and were very fresh. The only downside was the wait time, which was longer than I expected during the lunch rush. The grocery section is also well-stocked, so I was able to pick up some items while I waited for my food. Overall, I was quite pleased with my visit! " (*Curated Review*)
" Visiting India Bazaar for grocery shopping has always been a pleasure. They consistently have fresh ingredients available! However, their restaurant serves a variety of Indian dishes, which I had mixed feelings about. The Vegetable Biryani I ordered didn’t taste very authentic. I expected a blend of spices and nutrients, but it came off as bland and overly oily. I would mainly stick to the grocery selection which is incredible, but I might skip the restaurant unless they make improvements. " (*Curated Review*)
" I love the fact that India Bazaar has a restaurant alongside its grocery store. It offers an excellent variety of choices; I tried their Gobi Manchurian and enjoyed it. However, I had a mix-up with my order when I asked for Butter Paneer but got Chicken Tikka. The staff were apologetic and resolved it quickly. I believe they have a lot of potential here. Cleanliness could be improved, but overall this place is worth another visit. I think the store enhances their appeal tremendously. " (*Curated Review*)
" In my recent visit to India Bazaar, I had high hopes for a fulfilling lunch. I ordered a Daal Makhani and Naan, thinking it would be a comforting meal. While I appreciated the generous portion of daal, I was slightly disappointed with the overall taste. The daal lacked the rich flavors typically present in a great dish. On the positive side, the naan was fluffy and fresh. The service was decent, though the staff could be more engaged. I think they could do much better with the main dishes—it’s worth trying again.
