" Was excited to try the new menu items at this Taco Bell! I got the nacho fries and crunchwrap. The fries were actually pretty good, had a nice crunch and cheesy flavor. However, the crunchwrap didn’t impress me; it felt soggy and like it had been sitting for a while. The staff needed to be more engaging and proactive. " Disappointed. I’m a big fan of Taco Bell but this particular location seems to have slipped lately. I went in for my usual order and was shocked to find it was very poorly prepared. The wrap had barely any fillings and felt rushed. On top of that, my drink was incorrect. The person at the register didn't seem to care much and didn’t even apologize.
