" I've been to many Mediterranean restaurants, but Uptowne stands out for its authenticity. The decor is simple but comfortable, and the staff treats you like family. " We tried Uptowne last weekend after hearing great things, and it did not disappoint! We started with the chaosh and many of the appetizers on the menu; everything was bursting with flavor. My main was the lamb kebab, which was tender and juicy. We ended our meal with the baklava and kanafeh—both were heavenly! The family-run environment added a personal touch; the owners were very involved and made us feel welcome. I had the spicy chicken kebabs, which were tender. On the downside, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of some areas of the restaurant.
