" I have to say, the pho here is probably the best I've had in Michigan! It's hard to find a place that gets the spices and flavors right, but Pho Xin Chao nails it every time. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant itself has a warm, welcoming feel. Sometimes tables are hard to get during lunchtime, but it's absolutely worth it to wait for a seat.
