" I discovered Bella Sera on a family outing and it quickly became a favorite. Their baked ziti is generously portioned and undeniably delicious. " I was really looking forward to dining at Bella Sera but ended up very disappointed. The service was slow, and it took ages just to get drinks. Our orders took longer than expected, and when they finally arrived, I noticed that my lasagna was nowhere near hot enough. The cheese wasn't even slightly melted! To make matters worse, the garlic bread was tasteless and cold as well. There was absolutely no garlic; it seemed like a frozen ready-made product. The sauce tasted very generic, almost like it came from a bottle. To add to this, our waiter seemed to be overwhelmed by the few tables she had and we struggled to get her attention when we needed something.
