" We visited Saltus during the peak summer season, so it was quite busy. The food did take a little extra time to arrive, but the staff was super friendly and attentive. I had the grilled oysters, which were absolutely fantastic! The ambiance on the patio was perfect for a summer evening out. My only concern was the wait for our main courses. " My wife took me here for my birthday, and what a treat! The seafood was exceptionally fresh, and I really enjoyed the wood-grilled dorado. The dessert menu was divine—don’t skip the key lime pie!
