" Had a mediocre experience at Oscar's this past weekend. While the breakfast menu looked great, I ordered the Tex-Mex breakfast burrito, and it felt more like it was missing something. The flavors were there, but it could have used more ingredients to enhance it. On top of that, our server seemed a bit distracted. I must say, the tortillas were better than you find in most chain restaurants, and the toppings were fresh! I also had a side of their refried beans and some chili, which complemented our meal well.
