I love the dynamite rolls and their friendly service, even during peak hours. It's unfortunate that they are currently take-out only, but I can't blame them considering the staffing issues. " Man, I must say I was excited but ended up disappointed. I thought I would be biting into authentic Japanese dishes, but the hibachi didn’t hit the mark for me. The rice looked odd, and the steak was neither seasoned nor cooked as I had requested. The service was just okay, and I felt neglected. After spending my time and money, I left feeling let down. " Went to Fuji tonight for take-out and the sushi rolls impressed me! They were fresh and vibrant. I opted for the Chef’s Choice platter and enjoyed everything on it. The service was quick, but the ambiance was missed, as dine-in is not an option. I genuinely hope that soon they can resume dine-in service. Until then, I will continue to order take-out! " I just tried Fuji for the first time and wow, I was impressed! The sushi was superbly crafted, akin to what I enjoyed back in Tokyo. The fresh ingredients really stood out, and my favorites were the salmon rolls and the spicy tuna. I also loved the small touches like the friendly staff who greeted me as I walked in.
