" Recently, I visited Olive Garden and ordered their eggplant parmesan. It was delicious, but I noticed they skimped on the servings compared to my earlier visits. About halfway through my meal, my server stopped coming around, and I had to wait quite a while for a refill. " Dining at Olive Garden was such a treat last night! My friend and I couldn't decide on the appetizers, so we ended up sharing the mozzarella sticks and calamari. Both were fresh and delicious, especially the calamari, which had a great crunch. For my main, I tried the Chicken Carbonara, and it was delightful! Creamy sauce, loaded with flavor, and the chicken was tender. The service was attentive, and we left with big smiles thanks to our waitress who was lovely! Definitely worth coming back for! I managed to flag down another server, but my complaints were met with indifference. Disappointingly, it marred my perception of the brand, as I have had better experiences in the past.
