" Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe my experience. I’ve had great sushi elsewhere, but the rolls at Heritage Hop Haus just didn’t measure up. They tasted off and lacked the authenticity I was hoping for. The atmosphere was nice, but poor food quality ruined my night. It took a while to get our order corrected, which didn’t help. " Every visit to Heritage Hop Haus has been fantastic! The food is always fresh, and the drinks are well-curated. I particularly enjoy the variety of beers they have on tap. It’s also a plus that I can enjoy sushi while having a great pint! The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is a slight hiccup with order timing once.
