" Unfortunately, my experience at Chili's was disappointing. When I walked in, it took a long time to be seated, even though there were open tables. Once seated, our server took far too long to approach us. I ordered a burger and asked for specifically no lettuce; however, it came with lettuce anyway. The burger was well-cooked, at least, but the service really put a damper on the meal. The server was polite, but there was a lack of attentiveness that I hope they improve on.
