" Barbusa is without a doubt a must-visit! Our server suggested the daily special pasta and it did not disappoint! The flavors were incredibly rich and vibrant. The interior was rustic and charming, very much like dining in Italy itself. We waited a little longer than expected, but it was worth it for the culinary delights we experienced. " Barbusa is a gem tucked away in Little Italy. The carbonara was the best I’ve had outside Italy! Rich, creamy, with that perfect touch of guanciale. Their service was a bit slow at the start, but the food made up for it. If you’re very hungry, the portion sizes are generous here. We shared a dessert at the end and it was heavenly.
