" Had a fabulous dinner at Aman's last night. The atmosphere was buzzing, which made for a lively dining experience. We sampled a variety of dishes, starting with the Gobi Manchurian and Pani Puri, both expertly crafted. The entrees of Lamb Korma and Butter Chicken were rich and creamy, perfect for sharing. The service was spot on; our server was attentive but not intrusive. The only downside was the long wait for a table since we didn't have reservations, but it definitely lived up to the hype.
