" What a delightful return to El Palenque! After several years away, it felt like coming home! The beef tacos al carbon were still as flavorful as I remembered. My husband and I shared a plate and took half of it home, meaning it was generous enough for two. The margaritas are definitely a must-try and packed quite a punch! The lively ambiance made for a fun dining experience. The only drawback was that it could be a little crowded, but this just means they are doing something right. " El Palenque has always been a favorite of mine. I’ve been eating there for years! The chips and salsa are addictive, and I can’t resist their enormous burritos. I had the California burrito on my last visit, and it was excellent. Portions are hearty, so come hungry! The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, making it perfect for any casual outing. " El Palenque provided a great dining experience overall! I came to celebrate my birthday there, and it did not disappoint. We ordered the beef enchiladas for the table, which were bursting with flavor, right down to the homemade verde salsa that accompanied them. They even offered a complimentary dessert for the celebration which was a sweet surprise! " I finally made it to El Palenque after years of hearing about it! It definitely lived up to the hype. I had the chili con carne, which was full of rich flavors and just the right amount of spice! I loved their chips and salsa as well. The ambiance was festive, making it perfect for a night out. I was also impressed with the portion sizes–definitely more than enough.
