" I’ve been to Pimon Thai several times now and consistently, the food is good. My favorites are the crispy spring rolls and the tom yum soup, both of which I find packed full of flavor. However, one time I did experience slow service, and my dish was not as spicy as I requested. The staff was apologetic, and they did try to make it right afterward.
