" Having visited Kim Van multiple times, it's safe to say they do a fantastic job with their offerings. Their egg drop soup is the best I've ever had; it's light, rich and perfectly seasoned. The sweet and sour chicken is another standout dish! However, I did find that the sweet and sour sauce was slightly more vinegary than I prefer.
