" This was my first time visiting a Panda Express and boy was I confused! The menu is a bit overwhelming but the staff helped me navigate through my choices. I ended up trying the kung pao chicken which had a great kick to it, but I found the portion size a little lacking. " Just had the worst experience here! The service was slow, and we waited over 20 minutes for our food to arrive during a not-so-busy time. Once we got our order, we realized they forgot to give us the sauces that come with the meals. To make matters worse, the orange chicken was so greasy that it tasted more like oil than chicken. " I took my family here for dinner last weekend and it was a great spot to relax after a long day. The kids especially loved the orange chicken - it’s definitely a crowd-pleaser! The atmosphere was nice and the tables were clean, but again, the portion size of the rice was concerning; it felt a little stingy compared to what we are used to. " I don't understand how this place gets so many good reviews. I've been here several times and every time, I find the food surprisingly mediocre. I've ordered everything from Kung Pao chicken to fried rice and they rarely hit the mark for authenticity. The portions can vary significantly; one day you get a decent size and the next it's barely enough to satisfy a child. I think I need a change of pace; I won't be returning anytime soon. " Did not have a good experience here. They really need to work on serving fresh food because the fried rice I received seemed like it had been sitting out for way too long! The staff did apologize and offered to replace it immediately, which I appreciated, but it was still disappointing to have to ask for a new dish. " What happened to this place? I used to think highly of it but it seems like the quality has declined over the past couple of months. The chicken was tough, the rice overcooked, and honestly, it was a disappointment. The service was still friendly, but that didn’t make up for the poor quality of food. " Not impressed at all. I visited hoping to relive memories of great meals, but this was nothing like I remembered. The chicken tasted overcooked and the shrimp was tiny with hardly any flavor. On top of that, sauces were forgotten once again! The only good thing was the cleanliness of the dining area, but that wasn't enough to make up for the disappointing meal.
