The chicken was rubbery, and the noodles felt like they were sitting for a while. On the other hand, the sweet and sour chicken was superb! It was fresh and full of flavor. " I have ordered from Wok N' Roll for years, and I must say the menu has changed a bit over time. The quality is still there, but I've noticed that the service has become somewhat lacking. On my last visit, I had to wait for my food for nearly 40 minutes, and when I finally got it, the order was incorrect. The manager did apologize and offered a discount on my next visit, which I appreciated. The food itself was still delicious, particularly the kung pao chicken, which is always flavorful and packed with vegetables. I hope they can sort out the service issues, as I really love their food. " I don't understand the rave reviews for Wok N' Roll. My experience was far from pleasant. The fried rice tasted stale and the chicken was dry. Certainly not fresh food; I've had much better at other local places. The ambiance is not bad, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of quality in the food. Service was indifferent at best. " I wouldn’t recommend Wok N' Roll to any friends, sadly. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and it was extremely disappointing. The chicken tasted processed and the sauce was too overpowering. On the plus side, I did enjoy the hot and sour soup, so I guess that’s a slight win. I felt ignored by the staff, and the restaurant had an overall messy appearance.
