" While the food was decent, I found my meal lacking in flavor. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo and expected something rich and creamy, but it felt under-seasoned. On the other hand, the garlic knots were divine, hot and fluffy. The service was attentive, however, making the dining experience pleasant. " Absolutely loved my experience at Viola's! The atmosphere was incredibly warm and welcoming, perfect for a date night. I ordered the Chicken Marsala, and it blew my expectations out of the water. The sauce was rich and flavorful, perfectly accompanying the perfectly seasoned chicken. My partner tried the lobster ravioli, and she couldn’t stop raving about it. The garlic knots are a must-have! " Viola's is a fantastic little Italian joint! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The ambiance is a cozy mix of rustic charm and modern decor. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo, which was creamy and delicious, though a bit rich for my taste. My friend had the shrimp piccata which he enjoyed thoroughly as well. The highlight for me was the bread; it was wonderfully crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. I'd recommend making a reservation if you can because it tends to get busy. " Viola’s has always been a favorite during our trips to St. Augustine, and our latest visit did not disappoint. As always, the garlic knots were out of this world! We each had different pasta dishes, and though mine was fantastic, my partner was a little disappointed with his lobster ravioli, claiming it lacked a punch. Service was friendly but a little slow, likely due to the staff being quite busy that night. That said, we appreciated the effort everyone made to ensure we had a good experience. " Oh man, what a delight! The authenticity of the Italian dishes at Viola's truly captures what I love about Italian cuisine. I had the eggplant parmesan and was absolutely blown away by the flavor and texture. You could tell everything was made with fresh ingredients and really cooked with care. I brought along my friends who were visiting from out of town, and they were also impressed. We managed to get a cozy table near the window, which added to the lovely atmosphere.
