" I was excited to try Viets after hearing great things from friends. Upon entering, the atmosphere felt very cozy, but the service was lacking. I ordered the combination noodle bowl, which arrived quickly - it was huge! However, the chicken was a bit rubbery for my taste. I wish I could say it was a life-changing experience, but while the food was decent, the experience was marred by a long wait and absent servers.
