Unfortunately, the food quality was below what we expected. Most of the dishes, especially the fried rice, were bland and didn't have the depth of flavor typical in genuine Chinese cuisine. The only dish that stood out was the honey chicken, and even then, it felt overly sweet. The service was friendly enough, but all we encountered were the basic offerings of Chinese buffets. A couple of us did enjoy the variety but some family members were left wanting and unsatisfied. " Golden Palace is the best place to go if you're looking for a buffet in Texarkana! I have been here so many times and it never disappoints. Food quality is consistent and most importantly, everything is always fresh. I can’t give enough praise to the staff who are always prompt with refills and very friendly.
