" I was quite excited to try Long Sheng after hearing great things, but sadly, my visit left me underwhelmed. The food did taste decent but lacked the punch of authentic Fuzhou spices I was hoping for. Service seemed uncoordinated, and I felt like I had to chase down my order more than once. " I had a horrible time at Long Sheng. Not only was the food disappointing, but the service was inattentive and rude. A customer at a nearby table had to remind the staff about his order. When my dish arrived, it was cold and had very little flavor. The staff seemed overwhelmed or uninterested in attending to customers properly.
