" Having lived in several Asian countries, I've developed a taste for authentic cuisine. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met at Chinese Dragon. While the staff was exceptionally welcoming and made me feel at home immediately, the authenticity of the dishes leaves much to be desired. The dishes feel more geared towards American palates than traditional Chinese flavors. For instance, the fried rice was simply flavorless, more akin to boiled rice than the fried variety. I appreciate the large portions, but I hope they could work on enhancing the authentic taste. However, if you prefer a familiar twist on Asian food, this might just be the spot for you.
