" I had a not-so-great experience at Papa Murphy's. The pizza itself was okay, but we encountered some serious issues with staff attitude which put a damper on our visit. I understand that everyone can have bad days, but being snappy towards customers is uncalled for in a service environment. Nevertheless, the pizza was decently assembled and tasted fine at home. " As a lover of pizza, I am very particular about my toppings and sauces. At Papa Murphy's, I can finally have it my way! The ability to take and bake my pizza makes it so much better because I get to enjoy it fresh. The only downside I faced was the actual location itself. It can be a bit disheveled and unkempt at times which can turn customers away. Still, the food is incredible and I wouldn't want the mess to keep me from enjoying such great tasting pizza. The staff was also exceptionally helpful, suggesting a few of their better-selling pizzas. I decided on a pepperoni and they didn't disappoint! Very fresh and with plenty of flavor. I had a minor mix-up with my order which they handled brilliantly with a quick return and correct replacement.
