" Had a nice dinner at Choza PDX! The food was good, but I had expected more authentic flavors considering the rave reviews. The carne asada was okay - slightly dry for my taste, and the guacamole, although tasty, could have used more spice. The ambiance is really delightful, and you can tell an effort has been made to create a warm environment. Service was attentive and fast, which made the dining experience pleasant. " I had the most incredible experience at Choza PDX! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the enchiladas — they were perfectly layered with flavors and the sauce was rich and delightful. I also ordered a margarita, which was one of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was vibrant, making it a lovely spot for dining out with family. " A friend recommended Choza, and now I see why! The food is exceptionally fresh, on par with some of the best spots I’ve been to Mexico. I particularly enjoyed the grilled shrimp tacos paired with a zesty lime and cilantro. The chips and salsa were to die for—extra crispy. We received our food quickly without sacrificing quality or taste. The only small drawback was the price point, which felt slightly steep, but then again, you pay for deliciousness!
