" Having visited numerous Mexican restaurants, I can say that El Mirasol is at the top of my list. The mole enchiladas were a treat, deliciously rich and filling. I loved that they used homemade tortillas, which seemed to enhance every bite. The outdoor seating was lovely, especially with the evening breeze.
