" Just came back from Gadzooks and I’m still dreaming about the delicious enchiladas! The concept is really nice and different from other places. I built my own with corn tortillas and filled them with chicken and cheese—it was heavenly! The service was cheerful and quick. " Visited Gadzooks on a Saturday evening and loved the experience! The concept of building your own enchiladas is fun. I went with the corn and flour tortillas and stuffed them with a mix of pork and cheese that were cooked to perfection in that brick oven. The addition of the habanero salsa gave it an excellent kick. The only downside was that it was a bit busy, but the staff handled everything well.
