" After my last experience at Hokkai, I simply cannot recommend it anymore. We attempted to try and the service was incredibly rude. Our waiter seemed disinterested and barely took our order. The sushi was not as fresh as before, and we couldn't even finish our meal because the atmosphere was uncomfortable due to the slow service.
