The sushi is always fresh, and they tend to have unique fish that you can't find at other restaurants. The staff is friendly and remembers my order, which makes me feel valued as a customer. " Had dinner at Hwe Sarang Sushi last night, and I can't get over how good their sushi is! Each piece was a testament to quality and brings me back to my visits to Japan. The seaweed salad was fresh, the miso soup was warm and comforting, and their fish salad was an absolute delight. The only issue was the time wait – it can get busy!
