" I've been a regular at Thanh Vu for years, and it never ceases to amaze me! The flavors remind me of home, and as someone who grew up with Vietnamese food, that's saying something! The broth of the pho is exceptionally crafted with love. I wish they could do a bit more in terms of portion sizes for takeout orders, but dining in is always a treat. " I was really looking forward to visiting Thanh Vu based on all the rave reviews I saw online. However, my experience was somewhat mixed. The atmosphere was nice, and the service was efficient, but I didn’t find the pho as authentic as I had hoped. It seemed to lack that deep, rich flavor that real Vietnamese pho should have.
