" I was really looking forward to dining at Ted's given its reputation, but I have to say I was a bit disappointed. The waiter was friendly but my order took quite a while to arrive. When it did, my shrimp tacos were sadly undercooked. I informed the server, who promptly replaced them. The second batch was much better, fresh and flavorful. So, kudos to their customer service!
