" Having been a customer at John's Pizzeria for years, I must say the last couple of experiences left me disappointed. While the pizza still has a decent flavor, the quality has dropped significantly. The crust felt pre-made and dry, and the toppings were sparse on one of our pizzas. I mentioned this to the staff, but they didn’t seem to care much about feedback. I really miss the good days when the food was consistently great.
