" Da Gama is undoubtedly one of the more interesting restaurants in town! The look is unmistakably modern, and the fusion menu pulls you in. The Crab Pani Puri I had was remarkable, bursting with flavors! Yet, I found their lamb curry to be quite on the oily side, detracting a bit from my meal. " I recently had dinner at Da Gama, and I left feeling mixed about the experience. On one hand, the decor is stunning; very modern and vibrant. The service was good, but our waitress didn’t know much about the menu, which was a bit disappointing. We enjoyed the Goan Fish Curry, with a bright tartness I loved. " Wow, what an experience at Da Gama! The restaurant has a fantastic buzz with a modern take on Indian fare. We tried most of their specialties like the mussels and lamb, everything was spectacular. The desserts were delightful, especially the mango ice cream! The only slip was that the service was a little slow even though the staff was very friendly. " Had a nice dinner at Da Gama! Perfect spot for gatherings with friends. The decor adds to the ambiance. We ordered several tapas dishes to share. The Crab Pani Puri and the peri peri chicken were excellent! However, I wouldn’t say the same for the Saag Paneer, which was quite bland. Service was alright but they seemed distracted. My main takeaway is that I enjoyed the food, but the place does seem to be a bit overhyped. I’d be curious about coming back with a smaller group to give it another try.
