" What a gem of a food truck! I stumbled upon El Paso by chance while out with my family. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the mixed fajitas, tacos de lengua, and, of course, pupusas. While the pupusas were exceptional and made with homemade dough, the fajitas were a bit underwhelming in terms of portion size. The service was friendly, but they seemed overwhelmed despite the truck not being overly crowded.
