" I was looking for a place to enjoy some authentic sushi and Mt. Fuji did not disappoint! The sushi was beautifully presented, and the flavor was spot on. " Last night, I took my girlfriend to Mt. Fuji for her birthday based on a friend's recommendation. The place was decorated nicely for events, plus the staff really went out of their way to sing to her and make her feel special! The food was delicious, but I thought the portions could be a tad bigger for the price. It was definitely an exciting experience overall though. We'll surely be back for another celebration! " Having gone here a few times now, I find they maintain quality consistently. Recently, I celebrated my anniversary here, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. Our hibachi chef was entertaining, and we had fantastic sushi rolls. Portions are definitely on the larger side, so come hungry! " Our family visited Mt. Fuji for a birthday party and had a great time! The kids loved the fire and the tricks from the chef! I had the salmon and it was grilled to perfection. " I really wanted to love Mt. Fuji but it just fell a little short for me. The food was decent, but not memorable. The service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement, but the flavor was lacking. I don’t know if it’s because of the loud environment that impacted the enjoyment of the food, but I felt it could have been better. I might give it another shot though, as the sushi looked good! " My experience at Mt. Fuji was fantastic from beginning to end! The server greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. The hibachi dish was delicious, with fresh ingredients. The chef was very engaging, and I appreciated the creativity he brought to the table. Portion sizes were generous as well! One downside was it could be noisy, but that's normal for a hibachi spot. " Had a lovely time at Mt. Fuji this past Friday. The experience was entertaining with the chef juggling spatulas and engaging the diners. The food was scrumptious; I tried the shrimp tempura and was happy with the portion. My only note would be that I wish their sushi was a bit more inventive, but it was certainly fresh.
