" I tried China Garden for the first time after months of hearing about it and it definitely lived up to the hype! The service was prompt, and our server was very friendly. I ordered the shrimp lo mein which had loads of shrimp and vegetables. My only complaint would be that I wished it had a bit more flavor, as it was somewhat mild. " China Garden is one of my favorite places in Frederick! The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the food is consistently excellent. I often order the fried rice, which is big enough to share, and the flavors are always on point. Their steamed dumplings are a must-have as well. I also love that they provide complimentary pickles before the meal – they are a unique touch! The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a great dining experience. " I've been a loyal customer of China Garden since my college days, and now that I'm back in town, I couldn't resist stopping by. The remodel looks amazing and really brightens the place up. I ordered the orange chicken, and while I enjoyed it, I was slightly disappointed by the quantity of the sauce – I prefer a bit more tangy sweetness.
