" After reading many reviews, I decided it was finally time to visit Hikari. I can say it did not disappoint! The ambiance is beautifully designed, and the atmosphere felt lively. Every dish we tried—especially the eel roll—was superb, bursting with flavors. The service was friendly and attentive. " Oh my gosh! I’m so happy I tried Hikari. The flavors were amazing! The sushi rolls were exquisite, and the rock shrimp blew my mind. I also had to try the ramen, which had an incredible broth. " Hikari Esmeralda has a great reputation for a reason! Everything from start to finish was delightful. The waiter was knowledgeable and provided excellent suggestions. We started with gyozas, which were among the best I've had. The ramen was also tasty, although I would prefer a touch stronger flavor in the broth. The dessert—a chocolate cube—was heavenly!
