" Tried Ramen KoBo for the first time last week and I am already planning my next visit! The Tonkotsu broth was incredibly rich, and I loved how they offer the option to customize spice levels. The noodles were apparent that they were made fresh in-house. The only downside was the seating was a little cramped, but that didn't detract from the wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend for ramen lovers! " (*Curated Review*)
" Decent ramen place in the valley. Nothing too spectacular, but everything was okay. Had the Tonkotsu and it was quite rich, though I’ve had better. Staff was friendly and accommodating, but the seating was a little cramped. Overall a solid experience but not mind-blowing. " (*Curated Review*)
" Our family just had a wonderful dinner at Ramen KoBo. We enjoyed the selection of ramen, and everything tasted fresh, especially the toppings that complemented the rich broth perfectly. The kids loved their ramen as well. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a fantastic place for a family meal. I wholeheartedly recommend it! " (*Curated Review*)
" Ramen KoBo is hands down my favorite ramen spot! Every time I visit, I try something new from the menu, and I have yet to be disappointed. The Gyoza are also a must-try! Always crisp and well-seasoned. The only issue is the seating can get tight during peak hours, but the quality of the food makes up for it. Highly recommended! " (*Curated Review*)
" If you want authentic ramen, this is the place to go! I had the Miso ramen, and the taste was similar to what I had while in Japan. Everything from noodles to the broth was delicious. The wait time was minimal, and the staff was attentive. Would definitely return to experience more of their menu. " (*Curated Review*)
" Tried to revisit my favorite ramen shop while in Vegas, but had a different experience this time. My Shoyu ramen had a lot less flavor than usual. The service was still friendly, but the food quality is what I loved about this place. Hopefully, they adjust back next time because I will be back regardless! " (*Curated Review*)
" What a hidden gem! I stumbled across Ramen KoBo during my last trip to Las Vegas, and I can't believe I didn't find it earlier. The fresh handmade noodles and rich pork broth took my ramen experience to a whole new level. Plus, the staff were knowledgeable about the menu and made some excellent recommendations. I’ll be back for sure! " (*Curated Review*)
