" Tried Ramen KoBo for the first time last week and I am already planning my next visit! The Tonkotsu broth was incredibly rich, and I loved how they offer the option to customize spice levels. The noodles were apparent that they were made fresh in-house. The only downside was the seating was a little cramped, but that didn't detract from the wonderful experience overall.
