" Set in a food cart vibe, this place surprised me! I tried the spicy tan tan ramen, and it was heavenly. Perfect balance of flavors without being too overwhelming. The meat was tender, and the broth was simply wonderful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I would have preferred a little more ambiance in the seating area.
