" The malatang at SORIMMARA is right up there with some of the best I've tried outside of China! The spicy broth had the perfect balance of heat and flavor. I tried the mala xiang guo with some extra toppings, and it did not disappoint. The only downside was that the restaurant was a bit crowded when we went, making the service feel slightly slower than usual. Otherwise, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely return!
