One of the best aspects is how they allow you to customize with different salsas and toppings. The service is generally quick, and the staff is pleasant to be around. " Had the worst experience at Rivas! Service was extremely slow, and we had to wait almost 45 minutes just for our food to arrive. When it finally did, our order was incorrect! I asked for a simple chicken burrito with no guac, and guess what? There was guac all over it! Not to mention, the burrito wasn't what I would call freshly made as the meat was dry and tough. The staff is friendly, and the place has a very welcoming environment. My only downside is that sometimes during busy hours, the time to get food can be longer than expected.
